Dappled Willow Decor (DWD) is a Charlotte, North Carolina-based boutique design firm. DWD was founded in 2018 by designers Alisha Whitman and Kassi Whitman who prefer an approach centered around three key pillars: beauty, practicality and functionality.

 

Together, Alisha and Kassi have curated a talented team of artisans and craftspeople to help turn their clients’ vision into reality. DWD believes in a collaborative, client-centric approach to doing business — we are intentional about the work we do, which often means fewer clients in exchange for consistently clear communication and, perhaps most importantly, a consistent client experience.
